Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose and scope

This Acceptable Use Policy explains the rules for using just4o.chat and its related websites, applications, models, features, and services (collectively, the "Services"). It supplements our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.

just4o.chat is an adult-only AI platform that connects users with third-party AI models. We support legitimate creativity, learning, private conversation, and exploration, while preventing clear harm, abuse, fraud, and misuse.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for your use of the Services, including the prompts, files, images, audio, links, instructions, and other material you submit ("Input"), as well as how you use or share generated material ("Output").

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Comply with applicable law
• Have the rights, permissions, and consent needed to submit Input
• Use Output thoughtfully and verify it before relying on or sharing it
• Comply with this policy, our Terms of Service, and the rules of the provider serving your selected model

Provider rules also apply

just4o.chat routes requests to third-party model providers and inference hosts. Each provider has its own terms, safety systems, content restrictions, availability rules, and enforcement practices.

Your use of a model is subject to both this policy and the selected provider's policies. If a provider's rules are more restrictive than ours, the provider's rules control for that model. A model's availability, behavior, or permitted uses may change because of provider requirements, legal requirements, safety concerns, or operational needs.

Prohibited uses

You may not use the Services to violate the law, violate another person's rights, or create an unreasonable risk of harm, fraud, abuse, or security loss.

Harm, exploitation, and violence

• Create, seek, distribute, sexualize, exploit, groom, endanger, or facilitate harm to a minor
• Create or distribute child sexual abuse material, including AI-generated material
• Encourage, instruct, facilitate, or meaningfully assist suicide, self-harm, eating-disorder behavior, or other serious physical harm
• Make credible threats, coordinate harassment, stalking, intimidation, or abuse
• Promote, support, recruit for, or provide operational assistance to terrorism, violent extremism, or hate-based violence
• Plan, facilitate, or meaningfully assist violent wrongdoing, human trafficking, sexual violence, torture, or other serious criminal conduct
• Develop, acquire, manufacture, or deploy illegal weapons, explosives, or chemical, biological, radiological, or nuclear weapons or materials

Graphic violence and gore

You may not use the Services to create, request, or distribute extreme graphic violence or gore, including realistic depictions of torture, mutilation, dismemberment, sexual violence, animal cruelty, or severe injury created primarily to shock, glorify cruelty, or facilitate harm.

Fictional, historical, artistic, educational, journalistic, or game-related depictions of conflict may be permitted when they are not excessively graphic and otherwise comply with this policy and the selected provider's rules. We may restrict, soften, block, or remove content when its graphic nature creates a safety, legal, provider-compliance, or operational risk.

Sexual content and identity abuse

• Create, request, distribute, or facilitate non-consensual intimate imagery
• Sexualize, exploit, or depict a real person in intimate or pornographic content without their permission
• Impersonate another person, clone their voice, create a deceptive likeness, or present synthetic media as authentic in a way likely to deceive, harm, defraud, or violate their rights
• Use another person's image, voice, biometric data, or likeness without the rights and consent required by law

Lawful adult discussion, creative work, and consensual adult themes are not automatically prohibited by this policy. just4o.chat is not an NSFW platform, however, and some providers prohibit sexually explicit content or apply stricter restrictions. This does not create a right to receive any particular Output from any model.

Fraud, deception, and manipulation

• Commit or facilitate fraud, phishing, scams, spam, identity theft, extortion, or deceptive business practices
• Create forged documents, fake identification, counterfeit currency, fraudulent reviews, or deceptive financial materials
• Deceive people about whether they are interacting with an AI system or a human where that deception is material
• Manipulate, exploit, or target people based on vulnerability, age, health, disability, financial hardship, or other sensitive circumstances
• Create or distribute intentionally deceptive information likely to cause serious harm to public safety, health, elections, or civic participation

Privacy and personal data

• Collect, infer, expose, sell, or share another person's private, sensitive, confidential, financial, health, biometric, location, credential, or identifying information without authorization
• Dox, track, profile, surveil, or identify people without a lawful basis and appropriate authorization
• Build or use facial-recognition databases, real-time public biometric identification systems, social-scoring systems, or systems that infer sensitive traits about people without appropriate legal authority and consent
• Submit material that you do not have the right to share, including confidential business information, private communications, credentials, or protected personal data

Cybersecurity and platform abuse

• Create, deploy, or facilitate malware, ransomware, credential theft, phishing, botnets, denial-of-service attacks, unauthorized access, or other malicious cyber activity
• Seek instructions or assistance to compromise systems, accounts, networks, devices, or data without the authorization of the system owner
• Bypass, jailbreak, disable, probe, or evade our or a provider's safety controls, rate limits, access controls, moderation systems, or technical safeguards
• Scrape, reverse engineer, extract model weights, distill models, systematically collect outputs, or use the Services to train a competing model without written authorization
• Create accounts, automate access, share credentials, use alternate accounts, or otherwise evade a suspension, restriction, payment control, or safety action
• Interfere with the security, availability, integrity, or normal operation of the Services
• Conduct security testing, vulnerability scanning, automated probing, load testing, reverse engineering, or other research against just4o.chat or its infrastructure without our explicit prior written authorization for the specific activity

High-impact decisions

You may not use the Services as the sole basis for a decision that materially affects a person's rights, opportunities, safety, or access to essential services. This includes decisions about employment, housing, lending, credit, insurance, education, professional licensing, healthcare, legal status, criminal justice, government benefits, or critical infrastructure. Qualified human review, appropriate professional involvement, and any legally required disclosures are your responsibility.

Output is not professional advice

The Services may produce inaccurate, incomplete, biased, offensive, emotionally intense, or unsafe Output. Do not rely on Output as a substitute for a qualified professional, emergency service, therapist, doctor, lawyer, financial adviser, or other licensed expert.

If you are in immediate danger or crisis, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource. Do not rely on just4o.chat for urgent help.

How we enforce this policy

We use automated systems, provider safety systems, rate limits, abuse signals, moderation tools, and, where appropriate, human review to protect users, providers, and the Services. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Depending on the circumstances, we may:

• Block or refuse an Input or Output
• Show a safety notice or warning
• Temporarily limit access to a feature, model, or account
• Place an account into a cooldown or manual review
• Remove content or disable features
• Suspend or terminate an account
• Preserve information, make reports, or cooperate with lawful requests where required or appropriate under applicable law

We may take action based on severity, frequency, context, apparent intent, risk of harm, provider requirements, and attempts to evade prior enforcement. A provider may independently refuse or filter a request. We cannot override provider-side enforcement.

Appeals and changes

If you believe we applied this policy incorrectly, email just4o.chat@gmail.com with the relevant account email, the date and time of the event, the affected feature or model, and a concise explanation. We will review appeals when practical, but are not required to restore access or override a provider's decision.

We may update this policy as the Services, provider requirements, laws, and safety practices evolve. We will post the revised version here and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after an updated policy takes effect means you agree to the updated policy.
