The most common reason is country-level tax compliance. As noted on our pricing page, we cannot currently accept payments from countries that require VAT registration on the first transaction, so payments from those nations will be declined.
If that is not your situation, it may be a normal card, bank, or Stripe-side payment failure. In that case, try another payment method or contact us.
